Login Problems 

Having problems logging into our site?

Please check that you have entered your username and password correctly (if you have them in an email, try copying and pasting your details). If you have entered your details correctly your login may have failed because our site requires that your browser accepts 'cookies' (Cookies Test Failed)

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by the website to ensure that only authenticated users have access to protected areas. When you log out of the website, or shut your browser, these files are deleted from your computer.  The way to check whether your browser allows cookies depends on the type of browser that you are using:

Internet Explorer 5.5 or earlier
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- Click on the Security Tab
- Select the Internet Zone and press the Custom Level Button
- Scroll down the list looking for the Cookies section
- Ensure that 'Allow per-session cookies' are enabled
- Press OK twice to return to this screen
- Click the 'home' link (top left) and try again

Internet Explorer 6
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- Click on the Privacy Tab
- The Privacy setting must be no higher than 'Medium High'
- Click 'Apply' and then 'OK' to return to this screen
- Shut all browser windows and try again
